So it seems that Cecile and Marie-Grace didn't choose us at the time, but we all hope they will want to stay with us in the long run. Who knows? Maybe they're saving a surprise for Christmas. Maybe now wasn't a good time. 4 can hope...

Some changes are being made...
Nichole will not be living with us; she'll stay at either the same hotel, or an apartment or condo.
Lanie will be going on a Girl Scout camping trip over the weekend.
Kaitlyn will be visiting friends over the weekend.

She is a very sweet girl, but she said she can be very random, so watch out! :)
She will live with us in a few days, because she wants to try to make it on her own for a bit, so she's staying at a hotel.
When she comes back, she said she would teach us origami!
I can't wait to learn how to make more than paper cranes!

I went to the pumpkin patch.
No good pumpkins.

They were all brown and mushy.

Ugh.
I guess we'll just have to draw on paper this year.

Hola, everyone!

I am thinking about surprising Lanie and Kaitlyn with my first Jack-O-Lantern!  I can't use lanie's laptop to search for stencils because it will show up on her history pages, and I know for a fact that she always checks those.  And I can't use Kaitlyn's laptop because she uses it at school, which she's at everyday now.  I can only use this, and I don't want to go through tons of Jack-O-Lantern stencils- I just don't have the time.

So that's why I'm blogging (of which little I'll do).

I want you to comment on this post, with the link to your favorite Jack-O-Lantern stencil.


It would save me a lot of time, and It would surprise my sisters (there's a whole story on that.. tell you later)

Being the oldest in my familia can be a challenge, but I always pull through.

List of Challenges:
Slave over the cocina (when kaitlyn doesn't cook)
Pay bills (which is never easy)
Take care of the horses (when kaitlyn won't do it)
Pass out candy on halloween (which is normal)
Depend on friends to help me pay the bills (they're always kind-and i know they get annoyed with me sometimes)
Deal with Gracie (the snooty "billion-heir" who, like kaitlyn, has an emotionally sscarring backstory.  she's mean.)
Get to sleep each night
